Job boards

Job boards are a recruiter's best friend. If they don't have a candidate on their books that match your job description you can almost guarantee this is the first place they visit. Just a few of the most popular job boards include, Total Jobs, Jobsite, Monster and CV Library.

Advertising on a single major job board can be relatively cheap (see below). However, we would always recommend advertising your vacancy on several boards (as a recruiter would) to ensure your role gains maximum exposure and attracts a number of relevant candidates.

How much do job board's cost?

Job Board Cost Per Advert
Total Jobs  £149
CV Library  £149
Monster £190
Jobsite  £149

(As of August 1st 2017 excluding special offers)

If you decided to post your vacancy to each of these job boards it would cost £637. This can work out to be a massive saving in comparison to the percentage of a starting salary method that recruiters typically use.

This is where we may be able to help. Our job board posting service allows you to post your vacancy on to several major job boards (including the above) from as little as £249! We will also write and optimise your job advert for free and provide you with an Applicant Tracking System to manage all of your applicants in one place.

Aggregators

57% of applicants use aggregators as their primary source to find a job, and they're completely free! Nothing's free in life, surely there's a catch?

No catch. It's completely free. There is however one downside of using aggregators. They don't provide you with any software to manage your applicants. This can lead to an inbox swamped with applications and nowhere to store CV's.

This can add time to your recruitment process and you may even miss out on the perfect applicant. It can also be a missed opportunity to interact with your candidates and boost your employer brand.

To fully benefit from aggregators, we'd recommend using an Applicant Tracking System to manage all of your applications.

A good applicant tracking system will allow you to:

Integrate with aggregators and UK job boards to offer you complete flexibility over where you post your vacancy.

Automate candidate communication to reduce time spent on unsuitable candidates whilst keeping a strong employer brand.

Analyse your campaigns performance so you really know what's working for you, giving you the ability to adjust hiring strategy accordingly, saving you time and money.

This is exactly what our recruitment software allows you to do plus much more. Integrate with aggregators with ease and benefit from an intelligent, user friendly Applicant Tracking System from just £55!
